Broker manager license
Licensed at the managing-broker level — the tier that allows a broker to run their own brokerage and supervise other agents, not just transact under someone else's.
Laura Kuzelka is the broker and owner of NCK Realty, representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Illinois and Wisconsin.
Her story
Laura has spent a quarter century helping people through the moments that reshape their lives — the first house, the growing family, the downsize, the storefront that finally makes the business real.
She began her career with Starck Realtors and went on to Berkshire Hathaway, learning both ends of the trade: the discipline and market rigour of large brokerages, and the relationships that actually close deals. Markets changed a great deal over those years; the lesson did not. Clients remember how the process felt as much as what it sold for.
Today she runs NCK Realty as broker and owner. The independence means she can take the time a transaction actually needs, work both residential and commercial sides of a client's situation, and answer to no one but the person who hired her.
Laura holds a broker manager license and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, which binds her to its Code of Ethics. She works throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
